  • so wrong, it cost the state of new york well over 7 figures to incarcerate this man for 30 years. The state of new york did not make 1 million dollars from the incarceration of this man. Prison is a factory with no finished product to sell. Besides, that would be like putting a price tag or bounty on the two lives he "alledgedly" took.
