I like your videos. They are very interesting and I can feel that I can relate to them as I am a person that has been going through a life long battle with trying to lose weight. I have done a juice fast before and had great results but came off of the juice fast without slowly reintroducing food back into my diet.Watching your video I am thinking of trying it again to kick start my weight loss plan once again! lol! Are you still juicing?

hey did you know you can use frozen veggies. it works if you have time for them to thaw. no cuttin up or washing involved. waves~~
