@Drofminecraft just open the downloaded file wit a program called WINRAR (you can download a free demo version, search WINRAR on google.) extract all the files in the archive to your gta 3 folder (replace the original files from gta 3 with the files from the archive) if you have done the right things you can now play gta 3 nyc mod. :D
