Also by closing the gap between (not completely, but enough so it isn't as bad as it is now), it gives workers more money, which allows for more spending on domestic goods, thus causing a greater profit for domestic companies in the long run.
By having a CEO cut worker's pay substantially and laying off workers to increase profits, it only seems good in the short-run, but later on the company will start to collapse because workers won't be able to buy as many domestic goods.

Why do some people bitch when it comes to what a CEO of a company makes, but the same people are quit when an actor or actress makes $20 million dollars a movie to pretend to be a character. Also by closing the gap between (not completely, but enough so it isn't as bad as it is now), it gives workers more money, which allows for more spending on domestic goods, thus causing a greater profit for domestic companies in the long run.
By having a CEO cut worker's pay substantially and laying off workers to increase profits, it only seems good in the short-run, but later on the company will start to collapse because workers won't be able to buy as many domestic goods.

HOWEVER....there are NO ENFORCEMENT MEASURES provided or specifically indicated in the bill (ie: citizen eligibility requirements).
Without such provisions in place, illegals could obtain these affordability credits BY DEFACTO.
