@edelbrock Anyone can drive any car, and all cars are made for everyone. And most drag cars are automatics. A car does not have to have a manual transmission to be a performance car. :)

@shoemaker671 define "most drag cars". A lot of drag cars have sequential tranny's. They aren't automatic, but they aren't manual. They are somewhere in the middle. There is a seperate lever for each gear that the driver has nanoseconds to pull in order. I'm not trying to start an argument or anything, just wanted to throw that in there.

@MrDeepDickens It is okay sure. I know what you mean. And what I meant was a large percent of drag cars have AT, because that is what most people prefer. And I know what you mean about sequential transmission. They are equipped with air shift, meaning the clutch is engaged threw air pressure. And I think most of those drag cars run in either the IHRA or NHRA series. :)
