Look @ part 1. He shows that (if his theory is correct) we're looking @ the critical phase being Sept 18-Nov 18. Sept 18 area would be when we know for certain about the theory because of it visibly eclipsing Mars...and the Nov 18 time-period being when our earth orbit passes thru the debris of it's pass-through.
