Yeah, ships can be sunk/destroyed by various creatures, people and other ships. This is a massive monster, look at the HP. This is going to be one of the most epic endgame raids ever, as it will probably demand the whole fleet of the top-end ships cooperating perfectly to take him down. I'm so much looking forward to this. :P
