Ive never been myself but i have a few russian friends (left 3-4 years ago and migrated here.) From what im told situationally Moscow itself is reviving but the KGB has turned its head on surrounding areas where MOST people are starving. Thats what worries me. Why would Putin alow that to happen. What does he really care about, ya know. Im not knocking anyone im just saying what people from russia have told me.
