Hi Mattie, I've been following your diet for 2 weeks now + doing Tracy Anderson Method and OMG let me just say that I've never seen my body like this before, it's changing so fast. Two weeks ago I was a size 4 and today, I'm 2.

Ya know, I dont count the cals I eat. I mean If I had to make a guess, I probally eat 3500 a day. I am not fat, I actually have a nice lean body. My point is I just dont see the point in counting caloires. Eat what you want, just work it off at the gym.I hit the gym 4-5 days a week for at least 3 hrs a day. So I dont need to count my calories. I can eat like a slob and get away with it. Still a nice video though.
@xDeGree21x then u got better genetics. i eat around 2100 cal a day too, but really have to watch WHAT i eat. i easily gain weight when exceeding my given amound of carbs. so mostly sticking with veggies and protein. i really admire ppl who can eat whatever they want ..of what they want, bcs i cant even when i do sport. it s really not fair lol
@schnecki07 Maybe I do have good genetics idk lol. I do know though If I dont go to the gym the way I do. I will start putting on weight. Some people dont need to go to the gym but once a week or once every two weeks. And they still eat what they want and not gain a pound. Those are the lucky ones lol. I work very hard at the gym. But If I slow down at the gym, my weight speeds up lmfao.
