@Rayn389 I must admit that i like Sega. I was never one for the Sonic titles,but loved the House of the dead games. Chromehounds is still one of my favourites. I get my Dreamcast out occasionally for a blast. INCOMING is one of my favourites. Wish that someone would resurrect that game. It ported over to the Dreamcast very well indeed. I think that Sega will get this horror title right. Not much luck with consoles lately, but they know how to make Arcade games.

@Rayn389 I hope you are right. I have high expectations for the Kinect. Steel Battalion is my one hope for the system to prove just what it is capable of. I hate shovelware with a passion. Soon as that starts on a console, that is all that it gets. Microsoft have the opportunity to get the system just right, release a sort of Steel Battalion or Heavy Fire starter pack and aim it at a more mature audience.

With HOTD I don't have the pretenses to play a horror game, but a Lightgun Shooter.

Also HOTD has the perfect Italian B-movie zombie exploitation feel. Silent Hill and Fatal Frame are more akin to japanese horror movies... they are probably slightly scarier but also pretty boring and slow paced.

A grown up little man playing a little kid with an obession with his mom (and bites his mums boobs off haha when he's a zombie). But also zombies that use tools... great movie. Maybe not as scary as the japanese horror movies... but really surreal flick. Fast, stupid and gory just how the italian used to make it.

@jarannalli It's psychological horror, really. Kind of like Shattered Memories with the story flow. But of course you won't take any creepy medication from a psychologist. It has its own plot, too. You're a traveller who has to save your wife from a cult. It's basically a compilation of some common and unusual scares.

It uses the kinect, you move as if you are the victim. I didn't really find it that fun, but I did enjoy wriggling like an idiot from chains and handcuffs... hahaha

Ive been reading all the coments, and I cant help but laugh at all those people who really dont know what there talking about when it comes to gaming, so here is a few facts from someone who is in the gaming industry. The xbox is full hd 1080p as is there games, unlike the ps3 if you can read then look at the back of there games and it will tell you whether it is 480, 720 or 1080 and i think you will find that 90% of ps3 games are actually only 720p the 1080 is for the blu-ray movies

@DreamTeamEFX Same here. I have all three consoles as well. My PS3 is used for playing AVI movies from a memory stick and blurays, and that's about it. Last game I bought and played on my PS3 was Ratchet and Clank in 2007. I just don't like gaming on PS3. Can't put my finger on what it is. It maybe that the PS3 controller sucks, or the fact that xbox live is superior in every way for meeting with friends, chatting, online play, well actually pretty much everything. PS3 just came too late.
