He got hired by news channel MSNBC , getting offered a job by the Cleveland Cavaliers. I think Kraft is looking forward to having him sign a contract to do a voice campaigns. But you know what I dont feel good about this story at all. How is this being fair to people who have got degrees from universities and colleges on broadcasting. This is not a good example for future students, they'll think you know what we'll sit on the streets and hit the crack and someone will hopefully pick us up.

His opportunities may be limited to some extent based on his knowledge and his previous history whereas a person going to broadcasting school can apply that knowledge into several different fields. My point was I'd expend my energy toughing it out in school as your chances for success are more in your control than being randomly plucked off the street. @1yakko1 Ted Williams did go to broadcasting school and did get a job before losing it all due to bad choices. His voice did not keep him from being fired and only has a second chance now due to pure luck, hopefully he has learned from experience and will not fall back to the bad habits which got him fired in the first place. If an employer had to choose between 2 people, 1 with an amazing voice and another with an amazing voice AND training in broadcasting it would be an easy decision.

this is the 1st story in a LONG time that was powerful enough to make me cry a little. Its just beautiful. From seeing a humble, lost man on a street corner, just hoping for someone to recognize him and need him...to THEN hearing an amazing story of his life, and realize how sad it is that theres thousands of homeless people out there that need the same help as him, and who miss their families.
