@rawr6127 Yup I live in Canada but I live on the west coast, BC. I know what you mean. I used to order albums online too. I heard from some people that PM (Pacific Mall) sells them but I'm not sure cause I heard it from some people. Have you tried going on forums like Soompi? They have a topic about local kpop stores in Canada.
