Drain cleaner will eat aluminum, try to avoid using lye on new vechicals. The intake and heads on your 5.3L engine are aluminum. In time, you will start running into engine problems. You should use 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda or lemon juice. To stop the water from foaming, use aquaruim antifoaming solution or put brass fine wool at the top of your bubbler outlet. Over all wicked system set up, keep the videos coming!!
i have the same year motor on a silverado what kind of mpg
s are you getting and are you using the dual efie. Just a warning i have read that the stainless puts off a by product of hexavalient comium very bad titanium does not do this
this is great thanks. can you tell us some of the problems u had with install if any, so we cam avoid them. i am finishing testing on a dry cell i built and am ready to install. i just am worried because i have a brand new mazda bt50 2.5 turbo pickup and i dont want to break it. Ha Ha you know what i mean.
Hi Richard: I noticed that your bubbler is not really bubbling. Putting a 90deg fitting on the inlet like rumoursofwar suggested is a good idea. Your set-up is working fine as a reservoir but the main purpose of a bubbler is to provide a fire break so the flame does not travel down to your brick. Bubbling the gas through the electrolyte will help dissolve the alkaline vapors back in to the electrolyte instead of letting them go into your intake manifold. Continues:
Continued: A second plain water bubbler will help remove alkaline vapors. I bubble my HHO twice and periodically recycle the bubbler water into the electrolyte as the level permits. If you set it up to double bubbler you will notice a decrease in the apparent HHO output. You will be making just as much HHO as before but your measurements will be more accurate since the alkaline gas and water vapor will condense out into the bubbler water and cool gas has less volume than hot gas. Mars
good stuff! not sure if this will help but i no longer use a flash arrester. I have built a new safety bubbler with a re setting blow out. It works great! my flash arrester only worked well when i kept it wet. and it restricted flow. you look very able to make one yourself. If you want any info on it check out my video and i will answer any questions for you. Good luck!

You've bypassed the bubbler by putting it to the top so unsafe!!!!

Any millage test yet??

Working on those now. Just did the base mileage test without HHO. Will do with HHO only, then HHO with ECM reset, then EFIE, etc.

Thank you, and yes, I'm going to be testing different electrolyte levels to try to get the optimum amount.

Be careful of adding too much electrolyte.
Once it starts getting hot, it will have a tendency to start foaming up if the electrolyte is too rich.
Very nice install. Keep up the videos and good work.
