This is San Diego County, I believe. Mt Carmel has a San Diego address, anyway. I used to live about a five minute walk from this high school. SO cool that Adam grew up here. LOVE ADAM. He is phenomenal.

He is unrecognizable in that video -- yep: blonde, and a lot heavier than he is now....but his voice is definitely recognizable -- definitely the AI Adam Lambert. Even at that young age his pitch was almost flawless.  He was already a really great performer -- so comfortable with the crowd and he had incredible control and range. LOVE THIS GUY.

Yes. He did go to school here. This performance was part of the Am. Idol series where they took the finalists back to their hometowns and did an episode where they performed for the Hometown Crowd. Had to be a thrill for the kids at Mt. Carmel and pretty cool for Adam, too.

@kelsietaylor9 Every youtube email I receive I try to respond to, especially if it is on my own videos. Honestly I can't say whether it was right or not. I personally have jumped Richard Dean Anderson in 2008 with police and military personnel around and didn't get arrested for it. I think any star/famous person is scared when fans run at them, but later probably do laugh at it.
