Heavy Snow,Shanghai,Feb,2nd

Hard to believe that Shanghai, a city with the same latitude as Northern Florida, would get snow.

@HalifaxHercules its because shanghai doesnt get warm winds from taiwan it gets all the cold breezes and snow and weather from japan and northern china.
