  • I had two acupuncture sessions to induce labor, and it worked for me! The first one was on a Thursday, then I went again about 24 hours later.  By Friday afternoon, I was in early labor. I gave birth that Sunday!

    Just three days prior to my first acupuncture session, I was not dilated or effaced at all. I am a firm believer, now!
