Then again another land offering was made to the Kurds in 1990's, unofficially of course, due to the image of Turkey internationally, but again the Kurds declined.

I attended a genocide conference, watched many videos but I haven't found any document against government. They all concentrate on "Muslims killed Christians" to get support from Christian community. Which I believe true but that was not the government policy. But from other side there are Ottoman archive documents for protection of Armenians against violence from the people in the area. There was a violence from people because they faced the same from Armenian gangs supported by Russians.
