Yeah, I agree. Some of the sequels for different series are superb, such as Silent Hill2, RE2, Legend of Zelda 2, and so on. I got a good deal on the Mega Man Collection when I sold the dealer my copy of Mega Man 3 for the NES. I figured I was getting the whole collection, so why not?
Oh, I forgot to mention earlier, thinking of Mega Man, you did a great job on this video. Seriously, I haven't laughed this much since watching ShadowLeggy's stuff, I put it in my Favorites list. Great job!

The cop-op setup looks like it will be fun, but I've heard some of Sheva's dialogue, and she sounds kind of negative...she says things like "You can't do that!" and "We can't go that way!" in the demo play I've seen. She said it a lot, too! XD I just hope things are not as bad as we might think with Jill.
thanks honestly i dont know much ether i just made them in paint and used WMM it kinda reminds me of the old south park cause you have to do frame by frame, its kinda like a flip book lol i haven't herd what she sounds like she prob thinks shes a tuff cookie and shes better than chris haha just gonna have to wait until march or when the demo gets out
Oh, I see...yeah, the flip book animation is cool, and I've seen South Park, so I've got a decent frame of reference now. :-)
So far, I like Sheva's character and accent, so I'm hoping she'll be given different things to say, or at least she won't be negative so much. The demo, I think has been released, it might be with a game magazine...I haven't looked yet.
But I am looking forward to seeing what's happening with Wesker the most! :-)
haha yeah thats good i herd that the demo is coming out for 360 jan 26 and you can play 2 levels and do co op offline or online, yeah seeing Wesker will be interesting and i think Sherry Birkins is in it too and shes older in it i hope its true, i just wanna try out the demo now, kinda disappointed cause there not zombies there like Las Plagas :/ when i frist played re4 i was disappointed kinda too.

I miss the zombies too, they were a lot more fun than the Plagas victims...I never played RE4, but I have it and am planning to play before the release of RE5. I saw enough of RE4 to feel disappointed that it wasn't like the other REs in previews, but maybe it will be better when I play it.

I've heard a lot that it was more action than horror, but hey, Wesker's in it, so that's a good thing. But I keep wondering why they tart Ada up so much! She's lovely and all, but it must be hard to do all those flips wearing a dress! Someone also told me there was infinite inventory with Leon in RE4, and I have no idea why, since it's supposed ot be a lot of storage with him and items, but not infinite. But I'll miss the typewriters in RE5, those are kind of nice. :-)
yeah there is alot more action in it, haha ada she loves flipping around, you dont get infinite inventory like it can get full and then if you pick up more items you cant. but you do get to buy a bigger case from the merchant so you can hold more M L XL i think thats all there is. there not having the typewriters in 5?
From what I've been told, Capcom has decided to swap typewriters for the security checkpoints similar to what we find in Umbrella Chronicles. Have you had a look at the Kijuju blog? Enter those words into your search engine, and you'll be directed to a site that gives more info on RE5, and it tells you who the woman in the red dress really is. ;-)
How do you get gold in RE4 to pay the merchant? Do the ganados drop it?
oh ok no i havent checked that out but i will haha, yeah they drop it also bullets and if you notice theres wooden barrels and boxes you can shot them but i would rather use the knife so you dont waste ammo and you can find gold ammo and health in them and theres hidden treasurers you can buy a map from him to find them and you can combined some of them so they'll be worth more :)

Yeah, it would have been great if it had come as a free download already installed in the X-Box...I got mine brand new about a month ago, and that would have been a nice little freebie gift to have come with it. :-)
The game looks like Gears of War, honestly, and I can't wait until night falls later in the game,,,maybe it will be more reminescent of earlier RE games. :-) I saw at least 2 boss fights that take place at night, so we may get lucky there.

I haven't seen any boss fights or when its dark i hope they pull some type of gag like from the first one like you must find a blue and red gem for the tigers eyes " some tigers have red and blue eyes" something like that :P but yeah gotta wait until march
Ha ha, that would be great, I loved that puzzle. I did see the one fight in the Trailer where Chris and Sheva are delaing with the giant snake monster at sea, but it might just be stormy, and not necessarily dark. And the one lab fight with the monster looked dark, but it also may not take place at night.
I found RE4 and am playing it now...it's hard! Every time I turn around, there's 10 Ganados behind me, and I still can't find a typewriter to save at in the first village area! Grr!
haha yeah so it just mite never be dark at all lol i saw a thing where they were both fighting Wesker he was just kicking there asses, thas good you found 4 there should be one when you get to the part where you see like a blue gew thing hanging from a tree you like take a left in a little hut thing there ll be one but i think thats past the frist village part, just keep playing don't give up to easily :D
So true, I hope Chris comes up with something to defeat Wesker, every time they meet he just gets his ass kicked...and now poor Sheva's in on the action. Thanks, I'll keep an eye out for that tree, I was all over the place with those Ganados and still couldn't find the typewriter...I did manage to kill one with a knife, and she had a pitchfork! I just had to get in there quickly before she struck, and then you can get her that way without getting hurt. It was pretty cool. :-)
haha yup,no problem you can also save when your done with part of a chapter, if you shoot them in the head or knife em you run or walk up to them and you can kick them it'll pop up on screen also when you shoot there knees and they fall on them you can to when you get to the castle part you can suplex them. thats good the knife does come in handy and its alot better than the other REs but i think in RE CV you like aim down with the knife and it kills them real quick. Did you get any farther?
So true, that knife is so useful in RE4...I'll keep the Suplex move in mind, as well, thanks! And yeah, in CVX, the only way to beat Wesker's minigame...you have to play in first-person mode, and using his knife, you stab down at every enemy you meet, and get to the end that way. It took me about 30 minutes to beat Wesker's minigame, but the ending was cool.
I didn't get much further in RE4 yet, but I found something ot help me, so I'll use that tonight and let you know how it goes.
The FP mode on the Dreamcast is much easier than PS2's, control-wise. RE4 has been a lot of fun so far, it's very different from classic RE, but I'm enjoying the new stuff, like the boss fights and the partner mode. Ashley's getting to be a pain, I hate having to keep monks off of her with my gun, long-range, it's so hard to hit them from a distance. And Luis is a decent character, but we need to see more of what he's doing instead of notes being left everywhere for Leon to read about him.
oh i never got to play CV on Dreamcast i played 2 on it, well thats good that your liking it and it is like a big change from the classic, yeah she kinda is theres times where i shot her by mistake haha And Luis looks like that guy from dead rising i forget his name he has a sister named Isabella in the game lol. yeah i think it tells you later on in the game, are you at the castle part?
Yeah, I made it into the castle...the place is huge! And it seems like Ashley gets kidnapped about every 5 minutes or so, rescuing her so often is starting to drive me crazy, ha ha. I never played Dead Rising, I'll have to take a look....but it was sot tragic the way Luis dies! I mean he got killed by a...nope, better not go there! XD
Right now I'm past Krauser and the part where the U3 is on the storage containers. The way that whole thing was set up is pretty cool!
HAha yeah that is true, Frank West is the playable character your in a mall with alot of zombies ^^ kind of like Dawn of the Dead, yeah it was tragic when he died, lord saddler must of been real excited to get rid of him haha. so you killed Krauser? so you should already be on the island and almost done with the game i think you have to fight IT after him or i could be wrong haha i cant remember for some reason.
Oh, I did play that game! I was babysitting at a friend's house one night, and she let me play with her X-Box before I got one, and that was the game she let me play! It was a lot of fun, my favorite part was getting mad at that annoying photographer in the mall and shooting him. Of course, it wasn't as funny when he shot me back!
I beat the game last night. The end was cool, I liked where Ashley hit on Leon and got shot down, then Leon hit on Hunnigan and got shot down next! XD
The battles with Krauser were just fun, I had a blast with those. I also got through Separate Ways, with Ada, and I think that's how alternate character quest should be done, honestly. I remember unlocking characters and beating the game, only to have the new character go through all of the stuff that happened to the original person, even the script and all. Now, Ada has her own quest and does her own thing, and only interacts with others in the game when it has to do with her - very nice!
Haha that photographer is annoying i thnik i got him to come with me once. You like have a photo battle kinda lol. you beat the game! haha yeah the ending like Leon says somthing like "Hunnigan no glasses you know you look kinda cute with out em" then she like shuts him down haha the separate ways is great i think like i had the game cube one when it frist came out then i herd about the Ps2 one having that so i got it for Christmas 07. so now we just gotta wait for 5 and its almost here :D
That's right, I remember those photos, that guy was really obnoxious! Shooting at him was so much fun! :D In the ending, I thought it was sweet, at first, Leon turning Ashley down, because he was thinking of Ada...but then a minute later, he's after Hunnigan. So much for romance! I heard the PS2 version of RE4 doesn't look as good as the Cube and Wii versions, but I'm not sure, since I only played the PS2 version.
HAhA very true yeah the one for game cube dose look a little better i haven't seen or played the wii version ... i didnt reserve a copy cause me and my friend mite be going to Cali. like march 14 for about a week so i plan on getting it when i return or ill just get it for my birthday on march 21 st :)

haha yeah thats good i herd that the demo is coming out for 360 jan 26 and you can play 2 levels and do co op offline or online, yeah seeing Wesker will be interesting and i think Sherry Birkins is in it too and shes older in it i hope its true, i just wanna try out the demo now, kinda disappointed cause there not zombies there like Las Plagas :/ when i frist played re4 i was disappointed kinda too.

I miss the zombies too, they were a lot more fun than the Plagas victims...I never played RE4, but I have it and am planning to play before the release of RE5. I saw enough of RE4 to feel disappointed that it wasn't like the other REs in previews, but maybe it will be better when I play it.

I've heard a lot that it was more action than horror, but hey, Wesker's in it, so that's a good thing. But I keep wondering why they tart Ada up so much! She's lovely and all, but it must be hard to do all those flips wearing a dress! Someone also told me there was infinite inventory with Leon in RE4, and I have no idea why, since it's supposed ot be a lot of storage with him and items, but not infinite. But I'll miss the typewriters in RE5, those are kind of nice. :-)

yeah there is alot more action in it, haha ada she loves flipping around, you dont get infinite inventory like it can get full and then if you pick up more items you cant. but you do get to buy a bigger case from the merchant so you can hold more M L XL i think thats all there is. there not having the typewriters in 5?

From what I've been told, Capcom has decided to swap typewriters for the security checkpoints similar to what we find in Umbrella Chronicles. Have you had a look at the Kijuju blog? Enter those words into your search engine, and you'll be directed to a site that gives more info on RE5, and it tells you who the woman in the red dress really is. ;-)
How do you get gold in RE4 to pay the merchant? Do the ganados drop it?

oh ok no i havent checked that out but i will haha, yeah they drop it also bullets and if you notice theres wooden barrels and boxes you can shot them but i would rather use the knife so you dont waste ammo and you can find gold ammo and health in them and theres hidden treasurers you can buy a map from him to find them and you can combined some of them so they'll be worth more :)

That's kind of cool about the gold and merchant, innovative and all...I need to play RE4, there's a discussion going on in another thread about Leon was way too emotional in it, and I can't even voice an opinion because I haven't played it yet. Time to find my copy and play it! XD

Oh, you just saw it? Yeah, that's the situation so far, some people think Jill's dead, others think it's a cover-up and she's secretly helping Chris with his work in Africa. I'd hate to see Jill dead, but, I guess we won't know 'till it comes out.

Yeah, it would have been great if it had come as a free download already installed in the X-Box...I got mine brand new about a month ago, and that would have been a nice little freebie gift to have come with it. :-)
The game looks like Gears of War, honestly, and I can't wait until night falls later in the game,,,maybe it will be more reminescent of earlier RE games. :-) I saw at least 2 boss fights that take place at night, so we may get lucky there.

I haven't seen any boss fights or when its dark i hope they pull some type of gag like from the first one like you must find a blue and red gem for the tigers eyes " some tigers have red and blue eyes" something like that :P but yeah gotta wait until march

Ha ha, that would be great, I loved that puzzle. I did see the one fight in the Trailer where Chris and Sheva are delaing with the giant snake monster at sea, but it might just be stormy, and not necessarily dark. And the one lab fight with the monster looked dark, but it also may not take place at night.
I found RE4 and am playing it now...it's hard! Every time I turn around, there's 10 Ganados behind me, and I still can't find a typewriter to save at in the first village area! Grr!

haha yeah so it just mite never be dark at all lol i saw a thing where they were both fighting Wesker he was just kicking there asses, thas good you found 4 there should be one when you get to the part where you see like a blue gew thing hanging from a tree you like take a left in a little hut thing there ll be one but i think thats past the frist village part, just keep playing don't give up to easily :D

So true, I hope Chris comes up with something to defeat Wesker, every time they meet he just gets his ass kicked...and now poor Sheva's in on the action. Thanks, I'll keep an eye out for that tree, I was all over the place with those Ganados and still couldn't find the typewriter...I did manage to kill one with a knife, and she had a pitchfork! I just had to get in there quickly before she struck, and then you can get her that way without getting hurt. It was pretty cool. :-)

haha yup,no problem you can also save when your done with part of a chapter, if you shoot them in the head or knife em you run or walk up to them and you can kick them it'll pop up on screen also when you shoot there knees and they fall on them you can to when you get to the castle part you can suplex them. thats good the knife does come in handy and its alot better than the other REs but i think in RE CV you like aim down with the knife and it kills them real quick. Did you get any farther?

So true, that knife is so useful in RE4...I'll keep the Suplex move in mind, as well, thanks! And yeah, in CVX, the only way to beat Wesker's minigame...you have to play in first-person mode, and using his knife, you stab down at every enemy you meet, and get to the end that way. It took me about 30 minutes to beat Wesker's minigame, but the ending was cool.
I didn't get much further in RE4 yet, but I found something ot help me, so I'll use that tonight and let you know how it goes.

The FP mode on the Dreamcast is much easier than PS2's, control-wise. RE4 has been a lot of fun so far, it's very different from classic RE, but I'm enjoying the new stuff, like the boss fights and the partner mode. Ashley's getting to be a pain, I hate having to keep monks off of her with my gun, long-range, it's so hard to hit them from a distance. And Luis is a decent character, but we need to see more of what he's doing instead of notes being left everywhere for Leon to read about him.

oh i never got to play CV on Dreamcast i played 2 on it, well thats good that your liking it and it is like a big change from the classic, yeah she kinda is theres times where i shot her by mistake haha And Luis looks like that guy from dead rising i forget his name he has a sister named Isabella in the game lol. yeah i think it tells you later on in the game, are you at the castle part?

Yeah, I made it into the castle...the place is huge! And it seems like Ashley gets kidnapped about every 5 minutes or so, rescuing her so often is starting to drive me crazy, ha ha. I never played Dead Rising, I'll have to take a look....but it was sot tragic the way Luis dies! I mean he got killed by a...nope, better not go there! XD
Right now I'm past Krauser and the part where the U3 is on the storage containers. The way that whole thing was set up is pretty cool!

HAha yeah that is true, Frank West is the playable character your in a mall with alot of zombies ^^ kind of like Dawn of the Dead, yeah it was tragic when he died, lord saddler must of been real excited to get rid of him haha. so you killed Krauser? so you should already be on the island and almost done with the game i think you have to fight IT after him or i could be wrong haha i cant remember for some reason.

Oh, I did play that game! I was babysitting at a friend's house one night, and she let me play with her X-Box before I got one, and that was the game she let me play! It was a lot of fun, my favorite part was getting mad at that annoying photographer in the mall and shooting him. Of course, it wasn't as funny when he shot me back!
I beat the game last night. The end was cool, I liked where Ashley hit on Leon and got shot down, then Leon hit on Hunnigan and got shot down next! XD

The battles with Krauser were just fun, I had a blast with those. I also got through Separate Ways, with Ada, and I think that's how alternate character quest should be done, honestly. I remember unlocking characters and beating the game, only to have the new character go through all of the stuff that happened to the original person, even the script and all. Now, Ada has her own quest and does her own thing, and only interacts with others in the game when it has to do with her - very nice!

You like have a photo battle kinda lol. you beat the game! haha yeah the ending like Leon says somthing like "Hunnigan no glasses you know you look kinda cute with out em" then she like shuts him down haha the separate ways is great i think like i had the game cube one when it frist came out then i herd about the Ps2 one having that so i got it for Christmas 07. so now we just gotta wait for 5 and its almost here :D

That's right, I remember those photos, that guy was really obnoxious! Shooting at him was so much fun! :D In the ending, I thought it was sweet, at first, Leon turning Ashley down, because he was thinking of Ada...but then a minute later, he's after Hunnigan. So much for romance! I heard the PS2 version of RE4 doesn't look as good as the Cube and Wii versions, but I'm not sure, since I only played the PS2 version.
I can't wait for RE5, I already reserved my copy!
