that was because i didnt updated my drivers and version of the game

now i have phenom x4 945, gts 250 and 4 gigs of ddr3 so even crysis 2 goes smooth on max

lowest resolutions

high terrain

high effects (doesn't matter)

high texture

low shadows

and i think.. medium lighting

and just leave the rest normal. This should be pretty good for your battle field settings and nice too. =)

Well i was running a amd 3000+ and a radeon x800.

That specs were pretty good but like 2% laggy. But when i got my q6600 with the 8800gt it was running even greater. But my sister got me the other 8800gt cuz she knows that i like computers :)

yup.....when i had this 6600 i could run crysis at 800x600 at low details (only sound and physics quality at high) and it was like 25-30 fps

if i wanted to run it at 1024x768 i needed to overclock my video card (i think stock was 300/500 and i usualy overclocked it to 380/580) to be able to play it at 20-30 fps

well antialiasing is efect for nice glowing the edges of all objects if you have for sample a building....the edges are not fine and glow line! That is because of the pixels, so antialiasing fixes these problems (16x antialiasing is almoust 100% fixed edges of all objects)

i agree with that and patch 1.41 fix most of problems! If you want to play good, than download patch 1.41 (or lastest if exists)! If you dont do that.............even 8800 ultra is not gonna help you !

Yeah, but it takes a real good computer. If you don't want to have to use AA, and you have a GeForce Graphics Card, download the newest drivers, they allow you to add smoothness to every game, sort of like AA, just not the " glowing part ", the edges aren't rough.

This video is very laggy because the game is buged, i played crysis on 1024x768 on low/medium settings and i get arround 20-25 fps and in this game with no recording i get more than 50 at 1600x1200 fps! i will post a crysis video soon
