I love how people just buy stuff and dont even know what they have. The tv is "DLP" and it's a 3D tv as well. That cd player is a CD megachanger. at the bottom is a monster power conditioner and some of those devices shouldn't be on top of eachother. They need to "breath"! I got a similar set-up only a bit more current.

@bujoun76 Thanks for clarifying some of the stuff. Most of the stuff in there besides the T and gaming consoles came with the house before we bought it so we aren't really sure, but yes, the TV is a DLP and we do have the 3D adapter which is really sweet!

Pretty nice set up. I notice you have the same exact DLP set I just purchased today. How is that set working for you when it comes to gaming? Is there any lag when you play? Etc...

@JukeBox360 The TV is great. No lag or anything when playing games or watching TV or movies. The only donwside is the fact that it obviously is not able to mount to a wall, but on the other hand, it's 3D capable.

@iTalkTech Yeah. I just purchased this set about 3 days ago. It's great for gaming. Not a deal breaker not being wall mountable. Screen is plenty big and you were right. not a single sign of any lag.

no no no dude i have to say A BIG HELL NO mitsubishi has terrible tv's just look at my video and mitsubishi is telling me that its my motherboard that needs to be replaced and that my xbox 360 is not a real hd console. so when i sent a video of both the ps3 and the xbox flickering on 1080p. mitsubishi denied everything and they are telling me to pay for a new motherboard so NO they are not the best for DLP samsung has a pretty damn good DLP and no flickering either.

You have too many components to make it appear impressive. Such as the two amplifiers, VCR, Directv, and all.... it can al be removed. But I'm happy you use Bose. You should get your parents to buy a Logitech Harmony Remote rather than the old fashioned one you have now.
