  • I no why his back sucks.... not rowing to ur stomach and ur litterally doing a shrug guy

  • his form is crap

  • I bet ppl commenting on this vid wouldnt even know what the workout at 5:00 does to you... probably thinkin, "oh thats some horrible form for tricep pull downs.."

freaks and idiots should get educated before they comment.. if you know how each and every workout is done, and know how to do them PERFECTLY, then you have an argument.

    Until then, my friends..

  • he trains with half reps because he saw it works for him plus he does like 9 exercises and get sin loads of food and "suplements" , but yes less weight more contraction works better imo

  • YOU KNOW

  • his traing suck......even coleman went heavy but did full range

  • I dont care how big he is, he would benefit from a full range of motion in BB rows. He will get a better contraction and his back would be even better. I do 265lb bent rows but my torso is parrarllel to the ground and i dont use any yanking. I get a much better squeeze doing that then loading up 365 and doing semi shrugs

  • man if i threw that dumbell like that, the gym owner would kick my ass and then throw me out in a second

i know this guy is a pro, but that is still pretty rude

  • man fuck the hype i still agree with zane and nubret's theory of not that heavy weight but high volume and nutrition ..fuck the heavy shit..iguess if ur world class like these guys it matters but anyone who doesn't have a pro card stick to volume

  • Everybody should quit critiquing this guy, heavy partials, light with strict form, you need to do both with outstanding diet, rest and anabolics to make it in this sport. Truth is, no one should say anything negative about this guy unless they themselves have stepped stage and truly know how to prepare, instead of just regeritating what you've heard from everybody else.

  • you know...?

  • one arm rows... get a full rep!? he's doing partials.

  • Who cares if hes not doing it entirely correctly, hes obviously getting results so... what's the issue here again?

  • @WTEIncognito

He probably did full reps in the beggining. And now from that, he got to where he is now. It's possible he is going real heavy and it's allowing him to maintain his current body shape and muscle mass?

  • FUNNY HOW EVERY1 IS TALKIN SHYT BOUT TREY, "HE AINT PROPERLY PERFOMIN THE EXCERSICE" WHY DONT U PUT UP VIDS OF HOW BIG U R, AND HOW MUCH WEIGHT U CAN PUT UP DUMBASS, W.E HE DOIN IS WORKIN

  • FTS-7 lol

  • WTF he is literally standing up straight. just use less weight forget the ego and do it properly to recruit more back/lat muscles

  • @arsenalmanic he said he tried the lower rep better form and that it didn't work for him

try and remember that everyone has a different body and responds differently

for me, i like to bench lower weights, but i strive to keep perfect form every time, but for db rows, i usually start with 2 sets of controlled and then finish with 2 or 3 much heavier weights

the somewhat "jerking" movement helps really tear the muscle

the point is, do whatever works

  • Put the leg workout up aswell!

  • Trey should train with Dorian, Doz would take the piss out his shit half reps and make him drop load of weight and get a proper contraction! Though I do like Trey! :P

  • @JimmyTheMinute good range of motion + drugs = massive......proper contraction + drugs = boring

  • @JimmyTheMinute What an idiot you are. Partial reps, lot of weight that's the way to go. Just like Dorian. Cheating, swinging, lockouts, partial reps. Just like Branch Warren or Ronnie Coleman. Partial reps all the time. The only thing what matters is heavy weight period. Heavy compound movements. Go fuck your mother with your strict 25 pounds barbell curls you 150 pound midget.

  • @m5p944 lol Dorian never emphasized on partials, he starts with full reps and focus on negatives then after those go to failure he'd use partials to push beyond that. Dorian never was a fan of cheating and swinging.

  • @dh144498 Dorian always emphasized on partials, he starts with partial reps a nd focus on negatives then after those go to failure he'd use partials again to push beyond that. Dorian and rest of the real world class athletes prefer cheating and swinging period.

  • @JimmyTheMinute science has proven you dont need a "full contraction" to build muscle, just slightly stretched and slightly contracted.....makes you wonder why all these bodybuilders use half reps ehh? dont get me wrong i know they juice!!

  • @JimmyTheMinute - that'snot half reps,, it's a way to get a good pull for your back as shoulders get pulled backwards.. probably most of the ppl who even watch vids dont know how to get a proper contraction - funny how ppl "ACT" like they simulate good form, but they dont even know how to contract..

  • Roiders.

  • @caneyelive

yep. all bodybuilders take steroids..arnold started taking steroids when he was 14

  • @anytingbu Are you really so dumb or you just pretending? When he was 14 years old that was year 1961. I suggest that you're teenage uneducated american boy with IQ of ice cream. Can you tell me where the hell he would come across steroids? You have no clue about the enviroment and about family structure in Europe.

  • @juliesteve

Are YOU really that dumb?? You must not do much research huh?

    #1 steroids weren't invented in the U.S

#2 They were invented by the Soviets and used during the olympics in the 50's

#3 That is where the U.S discovered it and perfected it, to use against the soviets in the next olympics

#4 If you watch bigger ,stronger, faster you would see the testimony from the "then" Olympic commissioners, and the actual documents

  • @juliesteve

Also, i did not say anything about "family structure" . or "environment" (If your going to call someone uneducated its best not to misspell a word 3 lines after)

#5 There is actually a couple of video on youtube of Arnold admitting to steroid use

#6 On a Longer version of this documentary his childhood trainer reveals that Arnold started his first cycle of dianobol(steroids) at 14.

#7 This Documentary came out in the 80's,

#8 Its very old news here

    #9 Get the facts .Dumbass
