Only losers don't pay their bills. That's why there are such a thing as Debt Collectors. Don't borrow, or spend money you don't have, and you won't have a $45,000 debt you can't pay back. The money people like you don't pay back has to come from somewhere. It comes from the hard working people like your mom, dad, uncle, aunt, cousin, friend, that goes to work every fuck'n day, and contributes in a positive way to society to make this world a good place to live, you fuck'n cunt. GO TO WORK LOSER
LOL! What this character fails to tell any of the would be dead beats out there is that any debt collector worth his salt will take that as "I'm stealing money and I'm going to do my best to get YOU in trouble while I do it." and will slap a suit on you so fast your head will spin. Wages can be garnished, houses and vehicles can have liens attached to them, and if you but up any sort of collateral a replevin can be ordered and anything that is on that list can be taken.
some people dont get it..sometimes certain companies call and harrass u and u dont owe any debts..it is a scam.. i no bc i was nieve in my younger days giving them info..and years later i receive checks in the mail from the FTC stating that I and other people have been part of a scam and they were refunding back some of the money the company took from me..I never knew..It's very important not to give them any info and to ask questions.
@mcbrainder1 money belongs to and is the sole property of a bank who print it at will . its worthless in reality as its not assured with anything of value . FACT .
@Hoytash1 they don't get it. they are people that ruin everything. they are called losers that don't pay their debt so it fucks everything up and raises the cost of living for everyone. they just don't understand that they must pay it back and debt collectors won't call. it's always that people that don't have anything that try to get shit for free, and then get pissed about debt collectors for calling. fucking idiots.
None of this will eliminate the debt. Maybe you stop the calls but it show on your credit report. Collections are going to continue no matter what this vid is BS.
@rayme4raw I'm going through the same thing, but they are calling and hanging up 5-6 times a day! Do they really think that I'll pay them faster (or at all) when they do that?
@snake189921 That behavior stop for me awhile ago. They did it for a few months. Now it's real quiet. I've asked so many of them to validate the date, none of them can. I've had no phone calls for the last month. I'll be checking my credit bureau soon, I know now that illegal debt collectors are not above dirty tricks and even illegal maneuvers. Always make sure that they have your current address and phone #. It's worst if they cannot find you, their behavior is worst when you're not looking
I'm sorry...but this is not really good advise....
This is really bad advise if you're dealing with recently defaulted credit card debt in particular....credit card companies won't be tricked with phone gimmicks...If you tell them that you're recording the phone call, you'll just end up provoking legal action.
This tactic is only good for ancient debt that is time barred for being past the SOL.
This is law. They cannot legally keep calling harassing your phone. Of course there are other steps if you want to totally rid yourself of the debt. This is to stop the calls.
As for the legal action... the only power they have is your credit score. That's where you have the advantage to protect yourself before they know you're protecting yourself.
"Don't be a slave to your credit score b/c they will use it to USE YOU!"
I used these steps, and IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM. Especially when I told the person on the phone I was recording the conversation for legal purposesand holding her PERSONALLY liable. -She put me on pause for a LONG time and transferred me to the company's legal department.
@wardwideinc ur s skam. u cant eliminate thousands of debt in just months. u trying to sell a product too, just like the other million internet users lol
GREAT! That's just one of the examples of the power that consumer (all of us) can start to exercise. They use harassing tactics so why not flip the script on them.
I hope you listened to the audio I have on my site DebtRelief911 about the conversation with the attorney. (it's some great stuff)

I've got another good tip. Pay back the money that isn't yours, but that you borrowed and received things with.
