Never realised Larry White was playing for Montpellier back then! Was actually looking for clips of the away leg when Clayton Blackmore scored a screamer from 40 yards that swerved in front of the keeper, one of the most amazing goals I can remember seeing but great to see this clip anyway! Cheers.

@manxfelipe I think that Blackmore goal was against Pecs in a previous round

@jackjude He did score a peach in the first round against Pecsi Munkas at Old Trafford, think there's a clip of that on here somewhere, but that goal was in open play, the one in Montpellier was a free kick which was so good it was even listed as 1 of 25 best ever by the Daily Telegraph a few years ago, but can't find footage of it anywhere...

thanks for putting this up! I was 7 and still remember it, United scored after 50 seconds and Lee Sharpe was my favourite player! I got in the Lee Sharpe fan club for my friggin birthday ;-)
