Yeah the British Columbia 14 year old record is like 10.9. Same guy has the high school record around 10.46 and was in the 92 and 96 Olympics for the 200m I believe. His name is Peter Ogilvie. Look at Darrel Brown. Used to have the world youth record and still has the junior one, but has been relatively unsuccessful as a senior.
I'm not even born yet and I can do the 60m in .02 seconds.
