  • My Slowking's in dire straits. What to do? *lightbulb*

    Jolteon, I choose you!

    *One absorbed Thunderbolt later*

Taste some of your own medicine, flying type!

*Jolteon used Thunderbolt. It was super effective.*

  • 3 Dragonites work!

    Anyway, epic music!!!

  • Well at least I have Dewgong with Ice B-

    Dragonite used Thunderbolt!

    Stupid titbitch Lance.

  • 3 fucken underleveled Dragonites

  • @KingdomheartsII

    2, actually.

one of them was level 60.

  • Hope you have a PKMN with Ice beam

  • *brings pryce as bodyguard*

  • Aw ho ho ho ho! - That's supposed to be me in awe and laughing because of the power I am witnessing from this music.

  • The elite four from Silver/Gold/Crystal was disappointing because I was hoping our rival would jump out of nowhere to beat the shit out of us.

    But I never expected Red...

  • I'd really like to see Ash fight Red and get his ass handed to him.

  • -The foes Dragonite has FAINTED!

You: Finally! It just gets easier from hear.

-Champion Lance sends out out Dragonite.

    You: SHIIIIIIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • One person doesn't have Ice beam.

  • my second favorite champion theme.. cynthia's being first.

    this is amazingly epic.

  • Always get a Dragonite (or Articuno), and you'll do great against Lance.

  • this is why i have 2 articunos

  • DRAGONITE fainted... Champion Lance sent out DRAGONITE...

DRAGONITE fainted... Champion Lance sent out DRAGONITE Lv 50!!!!

    COME OOOOOOOON!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK!!!!

  • @DTOWNRW16 but then theres cynthia, whos showed up in unova.....and johto, if the sinjoh ruins are close to it.....so i dont think you would have to stay.

  • With this you battled your first hacks in the entire series ^ ^'

  • Ash literally won half his badges through bullshit.

If you got that many badges in the games like that, you'd end up playing for half an hour and beating the game.

See, Ash loses every time he enters the finals because he sucks. He hasn't built up any strength because he never fights anybody fair and square.

    And Team Rocket doesn't count.

  • @hamstersonsteroids well the series would have to end if he won... because he would have to remain the champ and not move on to different regions. In other words the newer generations would not have been created. So yes in a sense he is weak, but only because the show needs to keep going. If it was one season he would have raped the entire pokemon league

  • @hamstersonsteroids Thats why Red>Ash all day everyday (:

  • @hamstersonsteroids he got in the top 4 in sinnoh. he gets better every region.

    kanto=he sucked

    johto= did alright

hoenn= got really close to winning

    sinnoh= almost won

  • @Magnetrode

actually if you count the orange islands, he won one

  • @Magnetrode So Unova = won?

  • Shinji Miyazaki=Epic Win

  • SHIT!!!! NO REVIEVE!!!!!

  • i liked lance better when he was the fourth elite four..............

  • Lance is probably taking out his 6th Dragonite

  • Ash vs Red: Red wins

Ash ran before Red sent out Pikachu.

  • @mikesvampire Ash technically only battled honestly for half his badges. Boulder Badge and Thunder Badge were by cheating (Sprinkler system > Onix and Pikachu sticking its tail into the ground becoming a Ground Type respectively), Cascade Badge because he beat Team Rocket, and Earth Badge...also because he beat Team Rocket.

  • @SuaveTito

Boulder: Ash rejects the badge, but Brock hesitates. Not cheating.

    Cascade: Ash won it fairly

    Thunder: Fair rematch

    Rainbow: Gratitude from Erika

    Soul: Fair win

    Marsh: By a technicality

    Volcano: Ash wins fairly

Earth: Giovanni's mistake for putting Jessie and James as leaders. THEY cheated, not Ash.

  • @Hitmonchan107 How much you forgot.

Boulder: Onix faints because of the water sprinklers. YES THAT'S CHEATING!!

Cascade: Ash protects the gym from Team Rocket.

Thunder: Pikachu sticks its tail into the ground while Raichu exhausts itself. Cheating

    Rainbow: Ash saves Gloom

    Soul: Fair fight

    Marsh: Haunter intervenes

    Volcano: Fair fight

Earth: Jessie and James are the temporary Gym Leaders.

So yes, he only earned TWO badges fairly!

  • @SuaveTito First of all, Ash didn't know Onix was weak to water until Misty told him. So, there, your damn contradiction was nulled. And besides, it wasn't against the rules, otherwise Brock would disqualify him.

Also, Raishu being exhausted isn't cheating, it's Surge's fault for evolving him right off the bat. And it was a great strategy for Ash to win.

  • @Hitmonchan107 You brought up that Ash forfeited the match with the sprinkler system. Then Brock just gave him the badge. THAT'S STILL NOT A FAIR WIN!

Then you're completely looking over the fact that in the fight for the ThunderBadge, what would have clearly been a devastating attack for the Pikachu, in spite of being an Electric-type, was nulled because of GROUNDING ITSELF! What does that have to do with Raichu being evolved? ALSO NOT A FAIR WIN!

    What are you not getting?

  • @SuaveTito The fact that you don't realize that Pokemon applied logic on their episodes. Pikachu conducted the electricity to the ground.

Oh, and Ash didn't want the badge, but Brock didn't want to battle him anymore, and since Brock's relative weren't chosen as his replacement as gym leader, Ash had no choice but to take the badge.

Also, Raichu lost his speed because Surge evolved him rapidly with the thunderstone, thus never allowing him to build speed. Now do you understand?

  • @Hitmonchan107 I realize the logic behind Pikachu grounding itself. I know elementary school physics. Now put Ash in the game canon and try to let Pikachu ground itself. The same logic doesn't apply. Raichu has better Speed stats and Quick Attack is a weak move so your argument is "not very effective"!

Also, It doesn't matter whether Ash wanted to take the badge or not. It doesn't matter what way you twist it. HE DID NOT WIN IT BY BATTLE!!!

    Now do YOU understand?

  • @SuaveTito What I don't understand is why the fuck did you reply mikesvampire's comment with that?

I will never understand attention whores.

  • @Hitmonchan107 What makes you think I'm an attention whore? I could care less if my comments get thumbs up! I supported the point that Red was a better trainer than Ash.

    Get a life, asshole!

  • @SuaveTito Funny, since you didn't even mention Red's existence. You overlooked that part, asswipe.

  • @Hitmonchan107 I didn't overlook it; I didn't need to mention it. Red battled fairly for ALL of his badges! Seriously now shut up and enjoy the music.

  • @SuaveTito You never mention why Red is better than Ash. Also, neither of them is better than the other unless Satoshi Tajiri says otherwise.

Now YOU shut up and let me enjoy the song in peace.

  • @Hitmonchan107 Ever heard of a character limit? Also, ever heard of opinions? Now before I shut up, let me remind you that YOU RESPONDED FIRST!!!!

  • @SuaveTito But YOU responded with something that went too far. So I threw in my two cents, hoping to answer your question.

I guess I was wrong, and now I'm paying it dearly with you offing me with crap.

  • @Hitmonchan107 Also the fact that you have ceased refuting any of the other instances in which Ash didn't battle for his badges solidifies my original point about only fighting fairly for half his badges, even if you count the two bullshit victories.

  • Thumbs up if you turned the volume up on the gameboy every time your battle with Lance began.

  • @Quillz06 i remember doing that....my batteries were smoked out every time :(

  • @Quillz06 i always had my volume up, what kind of person would keep it down?! :O

  • Bidoof attack!!

    Bidoof: BIII---

    *sees giant dragonite*

    ...doof?

  • And I think it's just awesome how Red is all, "......" in GSC / HGSS. Think about it--they're cracking the fourth wall in the way that they're making an innuedo to the fact that in the Pokemon series (along with most RPG games...), the protagonist is always silent.

    Pretty funny.

  • I think it's a bit funny how people freak out about Lance's three Dragonites, and just his difficulty in general. XD

See...if you have a Feraligatr with at least the moves Ice Fang (or any other poweful Ice-typed move, if not also a physical one) and Crunch, and maybe throw in an Earthquake and Aqua Tail or Waterfall...Lance, along with the rest of the Elite Four, are RIDICULOUSLY easy. ;3

I breezed through on my second or third shot. XD

  • @SpeedXaaa People like you don't understand. When we talk about Lance, we mean G/S/C Lance. That guy is friggin impossible. Let me put it this way.

I replayed pokemon gold a month or so ago. Battled every trainer. When I made it to the elite 4, my highest pokemon level was 36. THAT'S why we hate Lance

  • @MrIcedVovo I wouldn't say "people like you." Now don't resort to stereotyping JUST because when the first two gens of games came out I was like in preschool / first grade (preschool during first gen and about 1st-2nd grade for 2nd gen.); thus, I MAY have played them like crazy, I was still young thus NEVER completed the games. Needless to say, I haven't fully replayed it or anything since then because I never felt a need to.

Interesting, though. I mean how the level-up system has changed so.

  • @SpeedXaaa i just had my lugia learn avalanche, and dragon pulse to beat lance.

  • Lance sent out a Lv50 Dragonite!

    Me: How in the...?

    Lance: Action replay.

    Me: Oh........ fuck..

  • @m1el1puol1m1es epic dude!! :D

  • @m1el1puol1m1es hahahahahahaha

  • Red:...

  • I say raise a Starmie! Thunderbolt/Thunder for Gyarados, Surf for Charizard and Aerodactyl and Icy Wind/Ice Beam/Blizzard for the Dragonites. Simple as that!

  • Comment removed

  • Red and Ash are like counterpart. They're theoractically different, but they share many similarities. Red is Ash's counterpart in Manga and games while Ash is Red's counterpart in anime.

  • @PSshadow92 Actually Red is Ash, because in Gold & Silver, he has the final evolutions of all 3 starters, and a near unbeatable Pikachu.

  • @BalistaGaming Ash and Red are two different characters. Red appears in the manga and video games while Ash appears in the anime.

  • @BalistaGaming I use to beat that unbeatable pikachu with only one jit

  • Wow. That's one heck of a song. I especially love the part at the beginning; it fills you with dread and awe, like you're about to go up against a truly terrifying opponent. I always got that vibe from hearing it in the show.

  • CHAMPION LANCE used One FULL RESTORE!

    FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @DrMopZodiac If I could like your comment a hundred times, I would. LOL.

  • @DrMopZodiac

jajajajaja. Yeah.. I hate it.. (you made me laugh.. a lot)

  • @DrMopZodiac one out of ,like, 10

  • @DrMopZodiac I find it funny how I cant beat Clair but I can beat Lance with No sweat at all.

  • @Pengoony Clair is packing Dragonairs with Thunder Wave and Dragon Rage, which combined with Dragon resistances will cripple most things that try to sweep them. Especially so since most natural Ice Beam users aren't particularly quick, and the Ice Beam TM is a pain in the rear to get from the Game Corner. Then there's Kingdra, who has plenty of resistances and no weaknesses except Dragon (which amounts to Twister on Gyarados, which sucks). Clair is just tougher at the part of the game she's at.

  • 3 fucken Dragonites !!!!!

  • @drkid202 I know right? FML.

  • @drkid202 I suggest devoting some time to level a Remoraid until it evolves into Octillery. He beat the everloving hell out of Cynthia. I imagine Lance is no different.

    Woo, Ice Beam!

  • @drkid202 3 Dragonites, 3 Ice Beams. Problem solved.

  • Wish that there was an episode back during Johto where Ash fights a future adult version of himself at the top of mount silver

  • HG/SS version is kinda better, dispite this awesome instruments used..

  • Hm, I wonder if Ash will ever get the chance to hear this...

  • @TsuNaru The very last episode of the series will feature him losing to Red.

  • God Damn you Lance You and your Epic Theme Shall never Die!

  • @MrRayquazaking

    yeah, lance for ever!

  • @Fiara1995 *This music Ques*

    Me: Oh god no

    Lance: GO Dragonite!

    me: Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

  • @pokemonrocks91 i heard this song in Pasta La Vista! and Chim - Charred!

  • I like how the game version is faster and more exciting, but this version sounds a lot better, despite its slightly slower speed

  • i think this played in that johto episode when team rocket tried stealing pokemon with that giant gengar machine
