So I've had this flat iron for less than a month and I got it because I saw your tutorials and several others. It works fairly well but the issue I'm having is that one of the KQC circle labels at the bottom of the straightener fell out and I can see some of the wires inside and it squeaks a lot when I use it! It gets annoying. I hope it's not a hazard in using it this way. Also I found that my hair has a lot of static after I finish straightening, something no other flat iron has done before.

Also I have a question: I use another one Rose uses and its called the Corioliss and it works great and all but when I curl my hair or straighten it, it always smells burnt. My hair just smells so bad after using it and I thought it was because I kept burning my hair but I stopped using it for a year now and I used it only once for a small curl and it smelled. Does your KQC make your hair smell bad? Like burnt?

@kimmielovesyouu yeah I do find that it smells like burnt sometimes but it does that if I turn the heat setting all the way up. If I use the highest setting it makes a lot of smoke and it makes me cough a ton if i inhale it in so I always try to use in a medium heat setting. Oh and I did contact them but they said it was just over a month so I couldn't send it back :s
