@gghfpx What are you talking about? He blew out his voice after touring constantly from 1999 to 2003 including Iowa which was one of the heaviest tours in the history of metal. His voice is slowly healing. I imagine by the next album (which is supposedly gonna come in a few years) his voice will be almost back to Iowa. Look from 2004, to 2008, to now. This isn't that far off from Iowa (the peak of any human voice).

Since Iowa was so heavy, people just assumed that was the logical explanation I guess. Great question though. I think you're the first person I've ever seen ask it. I would always say he's just trying something different 'cause it is possible to scream higher and lower if you want to, but people want to say he lost it for some reason. So instead of just assuming, I decided to ask him and put it on youtube to show everybody the truth. Spread the video man.

I like traditional metal like Maiden/Priest, Thrash like Megadeth, Power Metal like Helloween, Prog Metal like Opeth/Evergrey, Hard Rock like Van Halen. All these musicians have TALENT. If you ever have the chance to pick up a guitar and try to extract a few riffs from it, you'll realize how CRAP Slipknot is. But he's young, he'll get it.
