Using PH20 head touches, the size error on a datum sphere, as measured using the ISO 10360-5 test method, reduces from around 0.0006 mm (PH20+TP20) to 0.0002 mm (CMM spec: 0.48 + L/1000, Stylus: 12 x 4 mm, STD force module).
