  • The properties are abandoned and boarded up. Code enforcement has beed dispatched to see if there have been any people squatters living in there. Those abandoned buildings if left unchecked can be come crack houses or gang hangouts. So they are doing there job.

    Fourth Amendment – Protection from unreasonable search and seizure.

    The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. This totally violates this video. US Supreme Court Case.

  • @lonnyonline If they're searching an abandoned building, however, then it's not the person in the building's property. That amendment doesn't cover property that isn't theirs. You can't hide in someone else's house and expect to be covered unless the person who owns the property doesn't allow the search.
