Funny. The news report said they were concerned that something may have been wired into the horse, like a bomb. Clearly a little kid just tied a string around the pony's neck, like a leash.

The police pepper sprayed a 6 year old infront of toys R us to get the pony. Apperntly a Jewish Florida women became overly concerned when she sall the string on the pony's neck. She called all her friends and then the police.
