How much weight has been shed after the 2011 motor was installed?

@reijerlincoln Great question. The original 292 Y-Block V8 weighed around 625 lbs, and the Coyote 5.0 claims a shipping weight of 430 lbs. The aluminum rack & pinion weighs less than the iron steering box, and the aluminum Richmond is lighter than the original trans, too. We'll weigh the finished car and compare.

So how are the Richmond 6 different from the T-56?

@nx5 The T56 6-speed has 2 overdrives, and the Richmond 6-speed has one. The owner of this car really likes to spin through the gears, and the second overdrive is more of a highway gear for low RPM cruising.
