Judge CARTER did a 180 degree flip and suddenly in November without the decision by JURY "on the merits" Dismissed the case. Carter hinted at that decision in Oct 5, hearing which I posted on this channel... go see it.

Appeal if the case gets dismissed, the appeal judges are more intelligent and will not allow for FRAUD. The lower court judges are corrupt, and play "Operation Ignore" the laws. When a case is dismissed the judge must give the reasons why the case was dismissed occording to the law. An appeal specialist will not to do the appeal. It takes a year and half to have a case heard at the appellate level. If loss then it would have to be appealed to the state supreme court in Los Angeles.
