This is pretty good...but as eliperere said...you should put some transparency...and most of all...you should`ve smoothen it out...that is an important aspect.
men, it cool but to get better resulting tests put obstacles, transparency to the water, a mos realistic color (light blue?) and try different alternatives, its really fun!
in edit mode, press A to selest everything and then W. then press "set smooth" or "shade smooth" if you are in blender 2.5

how did u make it red and have it the shape of the cylinder then it goes to liquid without the cylnder still being there

once its done baking just skip out a few frames so that the fluid is away from the original shape and just select the original shape and delete it
