Great architecture is a lost art these days--especially in a place like New York City.

The new World Trade Center looks like an absolute piece of garbage.

That said, I don't really care for this ultra-modern crap that they've putting up in Midtown and Lower Manhattan.

Some of these architects and designers really need to pull their heads out of their creative asses and come up with something better.

Thanks. Back in college I remember watching the WTC being built. Never paid much thought to them at the time. I went to the observation deck and was amazed at the view of NY Harbor. NY will never be the same. Never was.

Hm. I did some research. Turns out that the so-called 'civilian deaths' are total killed in the conflict, not our collateral damage.

Any good, unbiased source will tell you that the refugee crisis and the deaths were largely from criminals, insurgents, and the militias. The US of A doesn't go around killing civilians for fun. There is no tactical sense in that.

You don't seem like someone who ain't American, just a really, really stupid one.

It's easy to assume things when it's impossible to disprove them. I ain't gonna find a CIA civilian killcount. You could say that for all of the legitimate 'conspiracy theories' going around, bullshit like what you said floods the actual accounts of corruption with horseshit.

Examples of similar things to that statement: "Republicans start wars", "occultists sacrifice virgins", "satanists kill people for fun", "video games make you kill people".

@brunojluc4 Germans in the 30's and 40's were willingly (or not) naive about what their government was doing but all they really had was German news sources. A quick glance at news from around the world would have let them know what might have been going on. Future history will be the only real judge. These aren't assumptions, the President has stated he has the right to assassinate American civilians if they're suspected why would they show more compassion to foreigners?
