I say you need to read what I stated above and realize that plants breath in CO2 and exhale Oxygen. We humans do the opposite and breath in Oxygen and exhale CO2. It has been this way since life began! I am not sure why he would say nobody would benefit from CO2 legislation. Obviously corporations who receive the contracts for ensuring compliance would benefit. Also the people pushing for bigger government and a world government would benefit. Obviously Al Gore would benefit huge for having scored a victory and asserted his will.
