I've suffered migraines for about 3yrs. Almost every other day I get them and I suffer : nausea, chills, auras, blacking outs, fatigue, intense pain. Etc. I can't work or do anything when i get them. Now I don't work I get disability.

I have had a migraine since 4:00pm 2 days ago. Im only 12 and it hurt like crazy, Im home from school now because of it. But, iced cofffee is a miracle. There is a nerve on the roof of your mouth that when it gets really cold, it gives you what we know as a brain freeze. By applying heat, (thumb on roof of mouth) heats the nerve and calms the nerve. Brain freeze and caffine makes my migraines go away for like 2 hours, so coffee and exedrine migraines make it better.

I don't know if you get alerts for new comments on older videos, but if you do, my Dr. put on a very mild blood pressure med, and it almost stopped migraines. Not completely, but down to just a couple a year, if that, and much less severe.

My husband suffers from migraines, but he cant take imitrex so he takes 2 exedrin migraine when he feels a migraine coming on, then he sleeps and covers his eyes with an icy cold with an icy cold wash cloth. and sleeps in dark quiet room for 2 or 3 hrs....migraine all gone :)

ok i know this is late but how i get rid of migraines is i take a pill(cant remember what its called XD) if it gets really bad but normally i just lay down in the dark with a ice pack or something cold to put on my head and just lay there a while then its normally gone hope this helps :P....

I was acutally in teh hopsital for a migrain with stroke like symptoms i went blind and tehy were trying treatment cincinnati childrens hospital has an entire ward for kids with migrains and i was hooked up to something called DHE its considered a last resort to fix migrains never get it !!! they rarley even use it on adults and made mine worse :(

I get MG's once a couple of years. Don't know if you'all get the same symptoms. Hypersensitive to light. Reduced peripheral vision. Sharp pain at the front of your head. Dizzyness. Driving is almost impossible. My cure sit in a dark room for an hour or two. Works for me, but I don't get regular attacks like most. Good luck.

Migraines suck I get them and I'm 14 I just wade em off they go away in 45 minutes however an after effect headache lasts until you go to sleep. I take ibuprofen and it gets rid of it in 15 minutes instead of 45 however the after effect headache still lasts the whole day. I get visual migraines and thats probably different than hers, because she was walking around a store I couldn't do that I see spinning distorted circles basically and I would be knocking crap off the shelves and hitting people

I don't know any natural remedies to actually get rid off a migraine, but to ease the pain me, my mom and my grandmother all use cold patches like the kind you get for muscle pain or kid's fever patches. Those are heaven! Put them on your forehead and neck for the best results. And we find, but this might actually trigger more for someone else, that strong caffeine, like black coffee, can also help reduce pain. Hope that helps!
