  • It dosen't get anymore nostalgic than this ;)

  • This song was my grandad's favourite song and was played at his funeral and makes me cry every time I listen to it :')

  • This IS the best version I ever heard of this song and that's saying something considering HOW GOOD Paul Robeson sang it!!!!

  • i can never listen to this song without collapsing in tears

  • 1 guy cant get away from the white man boss

  • In 1963 Frank sung this in a concert wear Dr. Martin Luther King was in attendance, Dr.King cried during the performance of it.

  • This is the best. No doubt about it!

  • Best version of the song! Thank you for posting.

  • My opinion FS does this song better than anybody. Got to love this guy. The wide range of different songs and music he sang well and pulled off a slave song.

  • I love this song. It's my uncle's favorite song. He sings it at parties. Sinatra never did a bad song. He was the man. He IMO is one of the greatest artists in music along with Dizzy Gillespie. I wish he were still alive because I would have loved his opinion of today's music.

  • been fortuned enough to have seen him live..I believe he was far in his 70 ties, there will never be anyone like him. A LEGEND!
