When I was a kid back in the early 80s, they did something similar. They put ALLOT of reflectors on the bike wheels (10 speed sport bikes) and added orange flags on the back and lights all over. Plus a rack in the backside to put the boom box on. Old school rap was played. Early hi-tops and parachute pants were worn. Break dancing was king. It was a good time to be a kid. I always wanted one of those but my dad wouldn't let me saying it looked too "nigger".
