Actually, if a black hole did suddenly appear in the center of the Earth, the entire planet would shatter or explode due to the stupendous amounts of energy required to produce one in the first place. Even a black hole the size of a ping-pong ball (The volume the Earth would have to be compressed to to create a black hole) would've either consumed the solar system or flung all the planets (and maybe the Sun) into deep space like a catapult. Still entertaining to watch, just very inaccurate.

There is also the possibility that a tiny blackhole created by CERN is unlike the others, physicists and scientists can't study blackholes as they don't know where they are (supposedly Sagitarius A in the Milky Way is a S.M.B.H), Maybe a CERN black hole will feed off time and expand swallowing up earth or just stop the time. 1. happen within the fraction of a second, since the black hole is most likely to be so anti-massive

2. suck in the whole earth at once, not just the surface at first and then the magma
