  • I love the footage and the combine!

  • Great Video! What kind of camera did you use it shoots professional looking video! Also what software did you use to edit it??????

  • @jlase

I used a Canon XH-A1 pro HD camera. No color correction as I was using a camera preset I downloaded online called "TRUCOLOR", which gives amazingly accurate colors.

Its my dads combine, he has 2 of them. Its funny, they traded in the 8010 for the newer one, he missed the old one so bought the 8010 BACK from the CASE IH dealership, so now they have 2.

With the two combines, they can easily do 100 acres a day. Record yields this season BTW.

  • are you kidding me? thats it!? We used to have case, and don't get me wrong, I think they are awesome machines, but 100 acres a day??? seriously? we only have one combine and its a new holland CX8080, and we can do like 200 acres a day with ONE....seriously no lie, 20 acres an hour no problem....

  • @aaronnhart ... thats what i am sayin we have a massey with a 35 foot head and we can do over 100 acres a day easily too

  • @200996 yeah...not dissing the csee tho... thats an awesome machine but 100 acres a day is a little low for something like that... unless they only farm from 9 to 5 or something... lots of farmers in the states do that cause they're not in a rush to get it off before winter... but we usually do about 150 to 200 acres a day with one machine

  • @Benjih14 the reason why we don't rush is so we don't miss the grain. your probably missing 15 % of the grain.

  • @freddythestandard sorry, i was signed into my brothers account my mistake.... WOW this is a late reply... no, we don't miss any grain, we have one combine (CX 8080), and i operate it, i usually average about 150 acres a day. If i have a really good day, i'll get 220 acres. We can usually figure that we will throw over between 1 and 2 % of the grain, this year, we threw over just under 1% of the grain... and i had lots of 200 acre days.

  • @AaronH1345 sorry, i re-read that, and i sound a little cocky haha "no, we don't miss any grain" haha so sorry if i sound that way, but no really, if i was throwing over 15%, on even a 40 bushel crop, that would be like 6 bushels an acre. there is no way i throw over that much... not a chance.

  • @aaronnhart I've had 8010's working in my fields, in Manitoba, and they need to go slow. You can't keep grain in them no matter how you set them. The guys were even out from the factory and couldn't get them set.

  • cuts beans, wheat and trims roadside trees.

  • how many bu/acre were you gettin? we demo'd a 9120 and we're only able to travel about 4.5 mph in a 25' swath. it looked like you were flyin, even with a 40' head

  • with my 8010 in 25 ft of canola i can thresh 6 - 8 mph in 45bu/ac, didnt matter if it was 35 or 55bu it chewed it up. Beans, 36ft straight cut. as fast as you can, 6.8mph was as much as i could do before it wasnt cutting the stem clean and they were running high 30's low 40's/ac these machines are amazing
