these is a great clip showing how ATWT and the Hughes family has stayed together and strong after 54 years. I will miss the Hughes family mostly NANCY. Thank you Helen for 54 years of being a mother/grandmother/greatgrandmother to us millions offans

This clip was more of a tribute to Nancy, than the disgraceful so called daytime emmy ATWT tribute CBS gave to the entire show in June. Shame , shame on CBS for letting this happen to our shows....
@amtrak79 This was when P&G still gave a damn about the show and long time viewers. I am still furious Penny was not brought back for her mothers funeral. She is the only living original cast member who was on the very first episode.
sound a great clip. I have been trying to find this entire episode because I taped over my christmas eve episodes of atwt and GL from that year. Do you happen to have the rest of this episode?
@Dragonweaver I'd love to see the entire episode as well. I heard that Edith, John and Marion were mentioned. I believe it should also feature Lyla and Amanda Seyfried as Lucy. Please upload when you have time! Thanks for the wonderful clip.
Oh, that is lovely, it made me teary-eyed. I watched this show devotedly from 1985 to 1999; my mother and grandmother watched it before that so I grew up with it! I'm enjoying clips from when the show was worth watching.
Nowadays the Hughes family has been pushed aside. The holidays now take place at the Snyder farm. And if we're lucky a member of the Hughes family will wander in.
Isn't that the most beautiful scene, four generations of Hughes Men in the same room and their legacy continues with Tom and his children. Oh, if you can type in Raymond Quinn Wins A Soap Award. He looks alot like a young Tom Hughes if you ask me.
oh what Great memories, Christmas in Oakdale !!!

It makes me sad that CBS doesn't know what they are losing. I won't support them when ATWT is gone. Lovely memories...............

These were the days ATWT had a 60% viewing share.

ATWT isn't the same anymore since everything centers around the Snyders. The Hughes family have literally been pushed in the background

It was also the last time we saw the Mona Lisa.

4 Generations together. Priceless!
Now where in the world were Tom & Margo in 2000?
