First off lets get this right........ It is CITY OWNED,and the Bridge was burnt down by some shady people that worked for the Ganim administration, so the folks who had cottages could not gain access any more.All due to a dispute over land rights etc etc. Shady Corrupt Bridgeport
There is a park near me called Rocky Glen (used to be Ghost Town) and now it is totally gone. There have been numerous fires there over the years and most of the structures that HAD been standing are no more. My heart breaks because that is my CHILDHOOD that they destroyed. I had been to that park numerous times when I was just a little girl and now there isn't anything there that I even recognize. :( It makes me want to cry.
