I think they are perfoming live anyway. Actually, only the first few seconds of sound are from the performance, then it is replaced with the song from anime OST. Did you notice the volume slightly decreased in the beginning? This is it. So the difference between picture and sound could be caused by it, not lipsync.

Yep, I noticed it too. Seems like they combined the video from several parts, because you can see that sometimes picture "jumps" a little. Kinda strange for live to be created this way..
