@ParkAirsoft I learned form many videos. Just type in the search bar what you need. The term for the "bones" in the structure is armature. Type something like "blender armature tutorial"
@Xalien2002 i have does anything in blender for over a year but i do remember making the skeleton (armature) and then parenting the body to the skeleton. you had to then weight paint different parts of the body to go with different bones. search youtube, that is where i learned how to do everything.

space: add: armature. then go into edit mode and extrude points off that armature to make it into a skeleton. there are lots of tutorials on youtube
