To me offer and acceptance creates contract. The laws of contract are actually one of the best forms of law. To some the only form of law.

Schiff understands the Economic Problems we have been having, and i do support him for Senate... this way he could help vote to fix some of our problems.... but Vice President is a totally different issue. I trust Ron Paul to do as he says, to restrain the Powers of the Cheif executive to a more Constitutionally implied level..as opposied to the view of most presidents sinceLincoln, that the President has every power that the constitution doesnt say it CANT do.
