it's a form of sheet foam. i dont know the exact name or term for it. you can probably find it at most arts and crafts stores or even wal-marts. you basically cut the patterns and glue them together.

I can definately tell you that's craft foam, and it looks like some faux leather and vinyl. I can appreciate that he put the video up, but you don't think he could've maybe writen a walkthrough, list the materials or something???
