Hmmm... A hot water tank next to highly flammable solvents?- It would be save to assume the hot water tank is heated by flame. All you need is a spill- and your video didn't cover fire safety. Do you have a proper AB/ABC extinguisher nearby?
Awesome lab. As I've already said, the fumehood is great, and one of the best things are minions. :D
But be careful with sodium and other pyrophorics. Those containers are supposed to be in a can filled with dry sand,away from any surface edges.
Putting the trash bag in a metal trash can is a good idea. If something starts smouldering and catches fire, a can will dissipate the heat and contain the fire. Bag alone will turn into a real fire which can spread to solvents, and then you're screwed.
Very extensive lab, I wouldn't be able to work in it though(messy), I'm a tad OCD about those things... and my comments.

@ScienceHideout
I have a big ABC extinguisher on the side of the hood, just in case a scenario like your's occurs.

@7:35 why are you not wearing shoes in your lab?!

@thecrazychemist
Your point is valid, and we would have been wearing shoes if an experiment was in progress or chemicals were being handled.
