Well... SH3 however is strongly related to Silent Hill and related to events of first Silent Hill game. And in the end of the game you are in Silent Hill (the place I mean).

In a way it does. Infact, most of the craziest parts of the game take place IN silent hill. Also, the plot begins to reveal certain things from the past games IN silent hill also. One last thing, Heather is a very important character in the entire silent hill series. Beat the game and understand her purpose.
