Actually, I'm pretty sure that whole verse is him talking about himself...since he was such a sex addict and it ruined (was hard on) a lot of his personal/family relationships...perhaps you should read his book (very good)....of course lyrics are always open to interpretation...and people can believe whatever they want about them (that is the point...and doesn't mean they are a moron...most artists want people to relate to it however they please and thats why they don't spell it out for you)....

It's not a film. It's from S2 of the TV show 'Lost,' and focusing on a character in there whose life pretty much parallels the lyrics. The old-film effects (both coloring and jumpy video) were my doing.
