Plus I think women do pay attention to looks but in a different way, not so much how much ugly or handsome he is but: (1) Does he look like someone can that defend them if it ever came down to that? can they seek refuge in him (Posture, Body Language, Confidence) (2) How well groomed he is! BCUZ they see that as a sign of how organized he is. Of course if he is a Celebraty, Rock star or a Gazillionare he can purchase both so women don't pay attention to these two aspects if he has money, Ect.
After all the Celebreties, Rock Stars & Gazillionares are taken by multimple, women look for the most Alpha of men they can find. So Men get the hottest women their wealth, or Alphaness can attract, and women are getting the wealthiest or the most alpha of men their looks can attract.
